2. These terms
These terms apply when you buy a WorkflowHQ digital template, request installation or customisation, or subscribe to a managed support service. Please read them before ordering.
3. Products and third-party services
Product descriptions explain what is included in each package. Unless expressly stated, charges for n8n, OpenAI, hosting, email, messaging, payment providers and other third-party services are not included.
You are responsible for maintaining any required third-party accounts, licences and credentials. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and may change independently of WorkflowHQ.
4. Orders and payment
An order is accepted when payment is successfully confirmed and we send an order confirmation. Prices are shown in pounds sterling. No payment is taken for an enquiry-only form.
We may reject or refund an order where the price is clearly incorrect, fraud is suspected, or delivery would breach the law or a third party’s rules.
5. Digital products and immediate delivery
Self-install digital products are supplied using a unique download link after successful payment. The link is intended only for the purchaser and must not be shared, published, resold or redistributed.
Before receiving immediate access, consumers must expressly request immediate supply and acknowledge that their statutory 14-day cancellation right will be lost once digital delivery begins. This does not affect legal rights where digital content is faulty, misdescribed or not supplied.
6. Licence
Unless a product page states otherwise, purchase grants one business a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use and modify the supplied workflow for its own internal operations. Ownership of the original WorkflowHQ materials remains with WorkflowHQ.
You may not resell, sublicense, publish or distribute the template, installation materials or substantially identical copies as your own product.
7. Setup and customisation services
We will confirm the agreed scope, required access, delivery assumptions and fees before starting paid setup work. You must provide accurate information, lawful content, suitable accounts and timely access needed for delivery.
Changes outside the agreed scope may require a revised price or timescale. You are responsible for reviewing and approving the workflow before live use.
8. AI and automation limitations
AI and automated workflows can produce incorrect or unexpected results. They must be tested, monitored and used with appropriate human oversight. Unless expressly agreed in writing, our products are not designed to make medical, legal, financial, employment or other high-impact decisions.
You are responsible for your business rules, customer notices, data permissions and lawful use of any deployed automation.
9. Support, fair usage and availability
Support included with a package is limited to the scope described on the relevant product, pricing page or proposal. Fully Managed includes the published monthly booking-conversation allowance. Optional support and Fully Managed include the published allowance for routine help or minor changes.
If managed usage approaches or exceeds the included allowance, we will contact you before applying an agreed capacity upgrade or additional-usage charge. We do not apply surprise overage charges. Unused monthly allowances do not roll over.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party platforms or internet services. Published response times are acknowledgement targets during UK business days, not guaranteed resolution times or a 24/7 emergency service.
10. Cancellations and refunds
Our Refund and Cancellation Policy forms part of these terms.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, WorkflowHQ is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, third-party outages, or losses caused by inaccurate information, unauthorised changes or use outside the agreed purpose.
For business customers, our total liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid to WorkflowHQ for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
12. Ending access
We may suspend or revoke access where a payment is refunded, reversed or charged back, or where a download link is shared, abused or used fraudulently.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers retain any mandatory rights and may bring proceedings in the courts available to them under applicable consumer law.
